Our Story

Thomas Decorative Coatings is a family-owned commercial flooring contractor based in Loveland, CO. Our story began in Philadelphia, where founder Erica Thomas was accepted into the prestigious apprenticeship program with the Cement and Plasterers Union Local 592. During a rigorous apprenticeship, Liam learned every flooring system in commercial use directly from seasoned industry professionals — that craftsmanship and dedication still defines the work we deliver today.

With decades of combined experience, our team has installed flooring in skyscrapers, hospitals, schools, and pharmaceutical facilities. We are OSHA-certified and certified by every major epoxy and urethane cement manufacturer we install — every project we undertake is built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

We blend old-school craftsmanship with modern techniques and detail every square foot we install. We bring that dedication to every client, every time.
